Delivery Policy

The charge for delivery is £5 per order. Delivery is offered to postcodes PE1 through to PE9. This will be checked at the online checkout, and any postcodes that fall outside our delivery circle will not be offered a delivery option and delivery orders made outside of these postcodes will not be delivered..

Delivery will be attempted on the day specified, in the event we can not deliver on that specific day, we will contact you to arrange another delivery date.

Delivery times are 7am-6pm but by all means call on the day for a closer estimate.

We may contact you beforehand to discuss a time that fits in with yourselves.

Safe Place – We recommend adding safe place instructions at the checkout to reduce the risk of not getting your tree when you need it.

Collection

Free collection is availalbe if selected at checkout. Collection is availalbe 7 days a week from 9.00am – 4.30pm.

Turkeys

Returns Policy

Returns – As Christmas trees are perishable items we cannot accept returns however If there is an issue with the tree and we are notified within 48 hours of delivery we will replace the tree. Photos to help us understand the issue will be required

Issues are rare and the team work hard to get you your perfect tree, but sometimes things can go wrong. The below explains how we will deal with issues if they arise.  

Trees are by nature all different and variations such as symmetry, thickness and height within the size category are not cause for a replacement. In the unlikely event you feel there is an issue with quality let us know within 48 hours so we can resolve. We are confident our trees will last the season, but factors such as watering & heat in the home are outside of our control. Keep it cool & watered!

Special Covid-19 Terms & conditions
* We do not accept refunds of trees based on an aesthetic nature.
* We only allow cancellations within the first 48 hours of your order being made online.
* If we are out of stock of a specific item, we reserve the right to either substitute or give you a refund for the item.

Nunton Christmas Tree’s as Platform provider
* The User is aware that use of the Platform is without any responsibility for Nunton Christmas tree, as Nunton Christmas tree is only providing the Platform to buy trees and associated products.
* In no event shall Nunton Christmas tree be liable (directly or indirectly) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with this website or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of this website, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it (including any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the information and documentation), including, without limitation, any liability for loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, wasted management or office time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
